How long does a project usually take?
A standard WooCommerce build takes 3–5 weeks from kickoff to launch, depending on how many products and custom features you need. Redesigns of an existing store usually move faster since the content and products are already in place.
Do I need a Figma design before you start building?
Not always. If your project needs custom layouts or you want to see the full shopping experience before anything gets coded, we design it in Figma first, that’s a separate line item. For simpler builds, we can design directly inside WooCommerce and skip that step.
What's included in the price you quote me?
Every quote covers the build, product setup, payment and shipping configuration, and testing before launch. Things like premium plugins, custom photography, or ongoing maintenance are quoted separately so you’re never paying for something you didn’t ask for.
Can you redesign my existing store instead of building from scratch?
Yes, that’s one of the most common requests I get. I’ll audit your current site down (speed, layout, checkout friction, mobile layout) and rebuild around what’s already working, so you’re not starting from zero.
What happens after my store goes live?
You’re not on your own the moment we launch. I offer ongoing management and maintenance plans that cover updates, bug fixes, and performance checks, so your store keeps running the way it should long after launch day.
How many revisions do I get?
Enough that we land on something you’re happy with. Each stage, design, build, pre-launch, includes a review round, and we refine until it’s right before moving to the next one.
